Malignant germ cell tumors (GCT) account for 3% of all childhood malignant tumors,
with vaginal GCT accounting for only 3-8% of all GCT. Thus, primary vaginal yolk sac
tumor (YST) is rare. We report two cases of vaginal YST and review vaginal YST cases
reported in the literature to outline advancements in diagnosis, treatment, and survival.
