94. Prevalence and Surveillance of Vulvovaginal Graft-versus-Host Disease After Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant in the Pediatric Population: An Analysis of 84 Patient

Vulvovaginal (vv) graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is a serious complication of allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) that results in vulvar irritation, vaginal stenosis (VS), and menstrual outflow obstruction (MOO). The incidence of vvGVHD post-HSCT is as high as 49%, 2 years post-HSCT in adult women; however, data on the pediatric population is lacking. We aimed to identify the prevalence of vvGVHD, the surveillance of potential genital complications, and the referral of pediatric patients post-HSCT to pediatric and adolescent gynecology (PAG).
