A mucocutaneous effect of COVID-19 vaccination is possible. The pathogenesis is still inconclusive. For post-CPVOD-19 vaccination vulvar aphthous ulcer, further investigation and monitoring of clinical symptoms is necessary. The genital ulcer might be the first presentation of Behcet's disease, which is a rare problem observed following COVID-19 vaccination.- Drucker A
